0. Reconnaissance → docs/infra-inventory.md (done 2026-11-01).
1. Foundation: pyproject + uv.lock, settings, DB engine, migrations 0001, auth (users/tokens/sessions), audit chain, artifact store, jobs table + worker loop, FastAPI app skeleton, basic UI shell.
2. Registry: providers/apis/versions/endpoints/variables/akps/evidence/debt tables, lifecycle state machine, FTS search, graph endpoint.
3. Gateway: execute pipeline (intent → policy → SSRF → call → outcome), credential injection, egress proxy, sandbox runner, bypass tests.
4. Compiler: OpenAPI ingestion, probe discovery, AKP build, Python/TS/MCP codegen, static scan, contract tests runner, verification evidence, knowledge debt workflow, drift check.
5. Provenance: datasets, transformations, lineage, quality report, akos research export, cross-source recipe + join validation.
6. Integration: MCP endpoint, CLI, Python SDK, Claude Code installer + hook, full React UI.
7. Production: .env, PM2 manifest, mld deploy to M4M64c, tunnel route, backups, ops endpoints, runbook.
8. Verification: acceptance scripts from laptop, fix, docs/acceptance-report.md.
