config/connectors/huawei-regions.yaml ships with enabled: false and no extractor. Probed 2026-09-11:

No static, robots-allowed page with a regions table was found, and the only candidate
(developer.huaweicloud.com/intl/en-us/endpoint) is JS-rendered and would require Scrapfly (L4) for ~30 rows a week —
not worth premium credits until a docs table is located. To enable: point a seed at the docs table, add a parser
cloud_huawei_regions_v1 next to the others in apps/worker/src/connectors/cloud/, register it in index.ts,
verify with scripts/try-connector.ts, then set enabled: true.
