What it is
CivicPlus News Flash RSS (/RSSFeed.aspx?ModID=1&CID=All-newsflash.xml, 44 items). World's largest data center market: zoning, standards, tax and power items.
Quirks
CivicAlerts.aspx?aid=N redirects to /m/newsflash/home/detail/N; the page <h1> is the generic News Flash → parser prefers og:title. Text kept.
