   192 productive strata (item group x run x truncation x confidence x category), n = 1,677 with floor 10 (nested core subsample 510) + 385 zero-mention sections
   with inclusion probability ~ gate x log length; dev/holdout 1,058 / 1,004; CI half-width +-4.4 pp (precision), +-2.4 pp (false-negative rate at 5%).
   Full-text frames and the sealed model output stay on M3U96b (~/firc0001_review/frames/); worktree CSVs truncate text to 2,000 chars. docs/annotation_protocol.md (new).
