1{"jobPostingInfo":{"id":"f532e651c60f1000c9646c528fdb0000","title":"Program Integration Lead (FAcT)","jobDescription":"<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>⠀<p style=\"text-align:inherit\"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class=\"WKQ0\">                                                                                                         </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><div><div><p><b><span>Description</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>The </span><span>FAcT</span><span> Program Integration Lead serves as the central integration function for the </span><span>FAcT</span><span> Program and </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> </span><span>establishing</span><span>, implementing, and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> program management frameworks that support consistent, auditable, and effective program execution.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Reporting to the </span><span>FAcT</span><span> Director through the </span><span>FAcT</span><span> Transition-In Manager, this role collaborates with multiple project and program stakeholders to integrate schedule, risk, cost, and performance information into a </span><span>consolidated</span><span> program view that supports governance, reporting, and decision-making.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>*This position is an existing role.*</span></b></p></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>Key responsibilities include:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Establishing, </span><span>maintaining</span><span>, and continuously improving governance frameworks, including program reviews, reporting processes, management plans, and reporting cadence.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Consolidating</span><span> program-level information from multiple project teams to </span><span>provide</span><span> an integrated view of program performance, risks, schedules, and priorities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Generating and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> internal and external Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reports, dashboards, metrics, and performance insights.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partnering with project managers and program planners to ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) supports reporting requirements, schedule analysis, critical path visibility, and </span><span>management</span><span> decision-making.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinating program-level risk and opportunity management activities, including the consolidation of risks and opportunities across multiple projects.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Preparing management reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and program review materials.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Representing</span><span> the </span><span>FAcT</span><span> Program in working-level meetings and workshops with external stakeholders, including the </span><span>SkyAlyne</span><span> PMO, to support alignment of planning assumptions, governance processes, reporting standards, and program management practices.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitoring program schedules and dependencies to support </span><span>timely</span><span> execution and transition between project phases.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Promoting standardization, continuous improvement, and effective project </span><span>controls</span><span> practices across the program.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborating effectively within a matrix organization and engaging with project managers, engineers, program leadership, and external stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>This position may be based in Ottawa (Legget Drive) or Montreal (Côte-de-Liesse).
