    - 404 fix: scale-run results (candidate_01_scale32b) now attach to the
  candidate_01 experiment page; results table links only to real pages
- Comments: centered single column, header band form, uppercase field
  labels, focus rings, avatar initials, empty state
- style.css/app.js served with ?v=<commit> (stale-cache mix caused the
  broken look after deploys)
- Home phases list: Phase 7 in progress, Phase 11 done
