  1. README: fix forge rendering — drop front matter, markdown-native logo

    Front matter displayed as raw text on the forge (README now exempted in
check_headers; attribution lives in the body). Raw-HTML logo block was
sanitized by the renderer — replaced with a markdown image; logo.svg gains
intrinsic 120px size so it renders correctly.
