Methodology

How a working paper is produced

Production is a durable state machine of stages with evidence requirements, not a single enormous prompt and not a cast of fictional named agents. The platform policy controls permissions, sandboxes, budgets and publication; the uploaded research instruction controls only the academic task.

Research modes

Empirical, computational, theoretical, review, experimental and humanities modes each carry their own required artifacts and checks. Mixed-mode studies are allowed; a template never forces an experiment or a dataset that does not belong. Human participants, clinical interventions or biosafety-relevant work are out of scope unless documented approvals exist; otherwise work is restricted to lawful literature, public data, mathematics and simulations.
