Terms of Service

Effective date: January 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Acme Cloud services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acme Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
