## What it is
German trade publication (Vogel IT-Medien). RSS `/rss/news.xml` (40 items); articles end in `-a-<hash>/`.

## Quirks
German text: MW, money, operator and location extraction work; English-first status vocabulary → few projects. Country aliases include *Deutschland*.

## Verification
Verified live on 2026-09-11 with `scripts/try-connector.ts` (dry run, nothing persisted): 40 URLs, 4 articles at L1, 4 dated events, 0 projects, 0 errors.
