## Quirks
Article pages return **403 at L1 and L2** (anti-bot); the runtime escalates to **Scrapfly (L4)** — ≈ 6 credits per new article, 1 when cached. `maxCreditsPerRun: 40`, `rpm: 6`.

## Verification
Verified live on 2026-09-11 with `scripts/try-connector.ts` (dry run, nothing persisted): 21 URLs discovered, 4 articles fetched at L4, 4 dated news_events, 2 projects (e.g. Microsoft Vietnam rumour: 300 MW, $8B, 494 acres), 0 validation errors.
