## Fragilités
- Thème Houzez : sélecteurs `.item-listing-wrap`, `.detail-wrap`, `.property-features-wrap`,
  `.property-labels-wrap` — stables tant que le thème ne change pas.
- Le vrai site corporatif (cromwellmgt.ca) ne publie pas d'unités ; tout repose sur le site
