- **Type**: WEBSOCKET · **Rights**: PUBLIC_ATTRIBUTED · **Real-time**: REALTIME (event time `E`, exchange-generated)
- **Pairs**: USDT-quoted majors → distinct instruments from USD pairs (`crypto_btc_usdt` vs `crypto_btc_usd`).
- **Cadence**: one miniTicker per symbol per second (fixed, not per trade).
- **Heartbeat**: server-initiated pings; no client ping needed.
