Coinbase Exchange public WebSocket (`wss://ws-feed.exchange.coinbase.com`), `ticker` + `heartbeat` channels.

- **Type**: WEBSOCKET · **Rights**: PUBLIC_ATTRIBUTED · **Real-time**: REALTIME (exchange timestamps)
- **Instruments**: 17 USD pairs + BTC/ETH in USDT and EUR (one multiplexed connection).
- **Fields**: LAST_PRICE, OPEN/HIGH/LOW (24 h), BID, ASK, BID_SIZE, ASK_SIZE, VOLUME (24 h).
- **Reconnect**: managed by the SDK (jittered backoff, stale after 90 s without frames, ping every 20 s).
- **Quirks**: `open_24h`/`high_24h`/`low_24h` are rolling 24 h statistics, not session values; the sequence number is per product.
- **Fixtures**: `fixtures/ticker.json`, `fixtures/malformed.json`.
