HTML change-detection connector on `https://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=Calendar` (U.S. Equity and Options Markets Holiday Schedule).

- **Change detection**: document hash + per-section hashes (split on headings) stored in connector state; on change → `DOCUMENT_CHANGED` event listing the changed sections.
- **Extraction**: table rows `Month D, YYYY | Holiday | Closed / 1:00 p.m.` → `holidays` for xnas, xnys, xase, arcx, bats, xcbo (CLOSED or EARLY_CLOSE with `closeTime`). Feeds the market-hours engine.
