`nasdaqlisted.txt` + `otherlisted.txt` (pipe-delimited, daily) from Nasdaq Trader.

- **Type**: BULK_FILE · **Rights**: PUBLIC_ATTRIBUTED · daily (ETag/304 aware).
- **Output**: ~11,000 `instruments` proposals — symbol, cleaned name, venue (`Exchange` code N/A/P/Z/V → XNYS/XASE/ARCX/BATS/IEXG), ETF flag, security type heuristics (warrants, units, preferred, ADR…). Test issues skipped.
- **Aliases**: `BRK.B` ↔ `BRK-B` ↔ `BRK B` (CQS/Nasdaq conventions).
- **Quirk**: the last line `File Creation Time: …` is not data.
