OKX public WebSocket v5 (`wss://ws.okx.com:8443/ws/v5/public`), `tickers` channel.

- **Type**: WEBSOCKET · **Rights**: PUBLIC_ATTRIBUTED · **Real-time**: REALTIME (exchange `ts`)
- **Heartbeat**: the server closes idle connections after 30 s → client sends the literal text `ping` every 20 s and ignores `pong`.
- **Fields**: LAST_PRICE, OPEN/HIGH/LOW (24 h), BID/ASK (+ sizes), VOLUME (24 h, base currency).
