EDGAR latest-filings Atom feed (`browse-edgar?action=getcurrent&count=100&output=atom`).

- **Type**: RSS/Atom · **Rights**: OFFICIAL_OPEN_DATA (public domain) · **Real-time**: REALTIME (feed updates continuously, polled every 2 min)
- **Output**: `filings` (accession number, CIK, form type, filer, URL, size) → `filings` table; material forms (see `MATERIAL_FORMS`) become `FILING_PUBLISHED` events. Form 4 "Reporting" entries (insiders) are stored but produce no event.
- **Linking**: filings join instruments via `companies.cik` populated by `sec-company-tickers`.
- **Politeness**: identifying User-Agent with contact e-mail (SEC requirement), 2 req/s bucket, conditional requests.
