- `lookup()` reads the product page's schema.org Product (sku, mpn = reference, price, availability, condition).
- Identity: `identifiers.ewc_sku` (the trailing id) + `reference` (Rolex/Patek/AP numeric refs and letter-prefixed codes such as SBGE201G). Category from the brand (`watchCategory`).
- Never sales: 'Sale Pending' stays a listing with `metadata.sale_pending = true`.
