          aggregator of rentals across Canada. If you see this User-Agent in

        <h3>What RentKaBot does</h3>

          <li>It reads the <b>public rental listings</b> of your site to index
              them on Rent-Ka, with a direct link to your original ad — every
              interested visitor is sent back to you.</li>
          <li>Limited pace: at most <b>~1 request per second</b> per site, one
              or two syncs per hour, with caching of already-seen pages to
              minimize requests.</li>
          <li>It respects <code>robots.txt</code> and collects <b>no personal
              data</b> — only the content of public listings (price, address,
              photos, description).</li>

        <h3>Are you a property manager?</h3>

          Rent-Ka brings you tenants with no middleman: we display your
          listings under your name and send visitors back to you for the visit
          and the signature. If you prefer to provide an official feed (JSON,
          XML, iCal…), want to adjust the pace, correct information or remove
          your listings, write to us — we answer quickly:
