## Identifier: WP28
- The series index (`Recherche-UQO/README.md`, `HARMONISATION.md`) stops at No. 27; no `paper/main.tex` in the series declares
  `\WPnumber{28}`.
- **Collision note.** The database paper `finance/russell3000-strategic-project-database` was informally called "WP 28 (next after 27)"
  in the assistant's session memory on 2026-10-28, but its manuscript and README carry the FIRC series number **0001**, not 28.
  Nothing was renumbered or overwritten. If the principal researcher prefers to reserve No. 28 for the database paper, this
  manuscript can be renumbered by changing `\WPnumber`, the README, the BibTeX `number` field and the spbgit remote name
  (`wp28_uqo.git` → `wp29_uqo.git`); all internal file names use the slug, not the number.
