# PROJECT_MAP — UQO Working Paper No. 28 (distributed MLE)

Repository root: `~/Desktop/Recherche-UQO` (index `README.md`, form standard `HARMONISATION.md`).
This paper: `finance/distributed-mle-synchronization/` (series convention: `<domain>/<slug>/`, metadata macro `\WPnumber{28}`,
spbgit remote `gitsrv:srv/git/wp28_uqo.git` to be created at delivery).

Conventions observed (2026-10-28):
- Template `_modele-working-paper/` (12pt letterpaper article, mathptmx, natbib authoryear + `aer` style, `titlepage.tex` copied verbatim,
  macros `\WPnumber … \WPaddress`, `\WPdate` = "Month YYYY", `\WPversion` = number only). Theoretical papers (WP 19, 24, 25) add
  amsthm environments and `mathtools`; appendices live in `paper/appendices/`.
- Highest existing number: 27 (`finance/invisible-hand-of-machines`). No `\WPnumber{28}` exists anywhere in the series
  (see `SOURCE_PROVENANCE.md` for the informal "WP 28" label on the FIRC No. 0001 database paper).
- Per-paper layout: `README.md`, `.gitignore`, `requirements.txt`, `paper/`, `src/`, `scripts/` or `experiments/`, `data/`,
  `results/`, `figures/`, `docs/`; `paper/main.pdf` committed; raw data not committed.
