"issue": "The submission lists the narrative calling HIV estimates 'close to zero' / 'near zero' as a self-inconsistency of the source. With ATT -0.340 and SE 0.294 (|z| about 1.16, no star), that wording is an interpretive choice by the author, not a clear internal contradiction. The contradiction between the abstract's 35% fatal decline and Section 6.1's ~30% at 5 km is real.",

"summary": "I re-ran analysis.py in a scratch copy. It is deterministic and reproduces results.json exactly, and it prints the source lines it matched. All required keys are present. I checked each value against the extracts: they are as printed (signs, decimals and thousands separators are handled correctly) and come from the tables the keys name (Table 6 SE 0.210, not A19's 0.218; Table 2, not Table 3). The derived CI [-0.8426, -0.0194] and the derived SE 503.8265 use 1.96 as stated, with 2.0 given as a sensitivity check. The HIV p-value is correctly null and the 10% flag is correctly false. The line counts match wc -l. The data issues are real and handled sensibly, and the claims match the numbers and carry appropriate caveats. Only minor wording and schema points remain."
