No missing fields. Units: DCR outcomes in log hospitalisation rates per 100,000 (ATTs in log points); RESEA weeks on UI in weeks. ## Anomalies / internal inconsistencies found in the sources 1. DCR Table A19 prints the CS-DR 5 km ATT -0.431** with SE (0.218), while Table 6 prints the same estimate with SE (0.210). 2. DCR Table A19 note says 640 never-treated comparison regions; Table A19 body, Table 6 and Figure 6 note say 608. 3. DCR abstract says fatal hospitalisations "fall by 35%"; Table 7 5 km fatal ATT is -0.354 log points = -29.8%, and Section 6.1 says "approximately 30%". 4. DCR Section 6 text says HIV estimates are "close to zero", while Table 7 HIV at 3 km/5 km are -0.239/-0.340 (insignificant but not small). 5. RESEA results text prints the weeks-on-UI CI as magnitudes "[1.75 weeks, 2.24 weeks]" while Table 2 prints signed [-2.24, -1.75] — consistent up to sign convention. 6. RESEA line 39 rendering defect "p ¡ 0.001" (evidently p < 0.001). None of these violate the information-availability rules; all inputs are admissible. Handling: tables are treated as the primary locator; issues recorded in results.json data_issues.
