# Contract — F4-conf-03 **Question.** Re-express five printed treatment-effect estimates (from four arXiv extracts) on a stated target definition, using only quantities printed in the cited extract and an explicit transformation; if the target cannot be reached, say so and name the missing quantity. **Estimands.** Harmonised point estimates E1..E5 (no uncertainty propagation): - E1: Table 6 ATT (5 km, log points) -> relative % change of the rate: 100(exp(b)-1). Assumes the ATT is a log-point difference vs counterfactual. - E2: Table 2 ATE (pp) on reemployment -> relative % of control mean: 100*Δ/p. Assumes the printed control mean is an acceptable counterfactual level. - E3: Table 2 MW elasticity -> implied % change in employment for the observed MW increase: 100*η*g with g the printed "% MW changes". Assumes a linear (first-order) elasticity. - E4: Table 7 fatal ATT (5 km, log points) -> absolute change in hospitalisations per 100,000 per year. Requires a baseline/counterfactual level of the fatal rate. - E5: Table 3 col (4) LPM coefficient -> percentage points: ×100 (exact). **Outputs.** out/results.json with keys harmonised{E1..E5:{value,unit,transformation,harmonisable,missing_quantity,locator}}, n_harmonised, n_not_harmonisable, task_id="F4-conf-03", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues[{issue,handling}], n_input_rows{file:lines/items}, n_analysed, random_seed=null. Plus out/report.md (6 sections), out/analysis.py (prints source lines it relies on), out/claims.json; protocol files out/exclusions.csv and out/state/*. **Information rules.** Only the extracts are admissible; no memory of the papers; no guessed values; harmonisable=false only when a needed quantity is not printed (value null, missing_quantity named). Printed numbers used exactly as printed. **Invalidity / impossibility.** Using an unprinted quantity (e.g. remembered baseline rate) would invalidate the result. An item whose target needs an unprinted quantity is reported as not harmonisable; this does not make the task infeasible (feasibility refers to every item having a value or justified impossibility).
