# Contract — F4-conf-03
**Question.** Re-express five printed treatment effects (from four arXiv extracts) on a stated target definition, using only quantities printed in the cited extract and an explicit transformation; where impossible, say so and name the missing quantity.
**Estimands.** Harmonised point estimates E1–E5 (no uncertainty propagation). Meaningful under the task conventions: log-point b -> 100(exp(b)-1)%; pp effect Δ with control level p -> 100Δ/p %; elasticity η and proportional change g -> 100ηg %; LPM coefficient on 0-1 scale -> ×100 pp.
**Outputs.** out/results.json keys: harmonised{E1..E5:{value,unit,transformation,harmonisable,missing_quantity,locator}}, n_harmonised, n_not_harmonisable, task_id="F4-conf-03", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues[{issue,handling}], n_input_rows{file: wc -l lines / JSON top-level items}, n_analysed, random_seed=null. **Information rules.** Extracts are the only admissible evidence; no remembered/external values; harmonisable=false only if a needed quantity is not printed (then value null + missing_quantity).
**Invalidity.** Using unprinted numbers; guessing baselines; misreading table cells. Task "complete" when each item has a value or a justified impossibility statement.
