# Contract — F4-conf-03 **Question.** Re-express five printed treatment-effect point estimates (from four arXiv extracts) on a stated target definition, using only quantities printed in the cited extract and an explicit transformation; if the target cannot be reached, say so and name the missing quantity. **Estimands.** Harmonised point estimates for E1–E5 (no uncertainty propagation): - E1: log-point ATT -> relative % change (100(exp(b)-1)); meaningful if ATT is on log rate (it is). - E2: pp ATE -> % of control mean (100·Δ/p); assumes the printed control mean approximates the counterfactual level. - E3: elasticity × printed proportional MW change -> % employment change (100·η·g); first-order (linear) approximation. - E4: log-point ATT -> absolute change per 100,000 per year; needs a printed baseline/counterfactual level of the fatal rate. - E5: LPM coefficient (0–1 scale) -> pp (×100); exact rescaling. **Outputs.** out/results.json with keys harmonised{E1..E5:{value,unit,transformation,harmonisable,missing_quantity,locator}}, n_harmonised, n_not_harmonisable, task_id="F4-conf-03", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues[{issue,handling}], n_input_rows{file:lines/items}, n_analysed, random_seed=null. Also out/report.md (Question; Data and exclusions; Method; Results; Uncertainty; Limitations and open issues), out/analysis.py (prints source lines used), out/claims.json. **Information rules.** Only the extracts are admissible; no memory of papers. Unprinted quantity => harmonisable=false, value=null, name missing_quantity. Report printed values verbatim. **Invalidity/impossibility.** Using an unprinted value (e.g. a remembered baseline rate) would invalidate the result. The task as a whole is "complete" when each item has a value or a justified impossibility statement.
