**wb_indicators.csv**: iso3 (str), name (str), year (int, 2015–2023, 261 entities × 9 years, balanced), gdp_pc_ppp (float, PPP const-2021 intl $, 164 missing, range 992–139,541, all >0), life_expectancy (float, years, 0 missing, range 18.8–86.4). No duplicate (iso3, year). All iso3 codes present in wb_entities.csv.
Note: "NA" (Namibia's ISO2) is not an issue since codes are ISO3; reading uses keep_default_na=False with only '' as missing, to be safe.

**wb_entities.csv**: 296 entities, no missing; region == Aggregates for 79 (44 of which appear in indicators; 35 have no indicator rows). 217 countries/economies; income levels: High 86, UMC 59, LMC 47, Low 25 (in metadata; no "Not classified" among countries).

**Coverage (countries with both indicators)**: 199 each year 2015–2022, 197 in 2023 → analysis year 2023 (≥150 rule).
**2023 missing (20, all GDP missing)**: ASM, CHI, CUB, ERI, GIB, GUM, IMN, LIE, MAF, MCO, MNP, NCL, PRK, PYF, SSD, SYR, VEN, VGB, VIR, YEM — mix of small high-income territories and conflict/sanctioned low/middle-income states (non-random missingness).

**Anomalies**: CAF life expectancy volatile 2015–2022 (18.8 in 2022, 31.5 in 2019) — not in analysis year; 2023 = 57.4 plausible. PSE 2023 LE 65.2 vs 76.7 in 2022 (Gaza war) — kept. Large GDP jumps (GUY oil boom, MAC Covid) are real.

**Information-availability**: no input violates the rules; aggregates are removed by the region flag; only the listed files are used.
