Data migration dress rehearsal completed on November 1 with 99.6 % reconciliation of open items. Two open defects on the production scheduling module, both in the November 14 patch. Training completion: 91 % of end users.

## Presence requirements
The cut-over authorisation must be signed by the CEO at the war-room kick-off on Friday, November 21 at 14:00; if the CEO cannot be present in person, a written delegation to the CFO must be issued beforehand.

## Risks
- Scheduling defects not closed by November 14 → fallback: go-live postponed to December 1.
- Key users unavailable during the cut-over weekend.
