LiftSystem/Rentsync API is wide open, fully enumerated. Shared public token auth_token=sswpREkUtyeYjeoahA2i on api.theliftsystem.com/v2/search. Enumerating client_ids 1–2500 yielded 1,143 active clients nationally → data/liftsystem_national.txt (id|name|website). Recipe: GET https://api.theliftsystem.com/v2/search?client_id=<ID>&auth_token=sswpREkUtyeYjeoahA2i&min_bed=-1&max_bed=100&min_rate=0&max_rate=100000&limit=50&offset=0 → JSON (permalink, type, address incl. city/prov/postal, photos); &count=true for totals. ~2,500 rapid requests from one IP: no block. Hit the API, never the rate-limited websites.
RentFaster.ca: open JSON API, Canada-wide, no auth/Cloudflare. POST /api/map.json with l=<lat1,lng1,lat2,lng2> bbox works for any province; /api/search.json?city_id=N&cur_page=0 paginated with totals (Calgary 8,026 / Edmonton 4,202).
CAPREIT national portfolio JSON: https://www.capreit.ca/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=property_json returns the whole property array (lat/lng, city) in one call.
Rentsync-hosted SITES share an IP limiter: 10 req/3 s → 300 s ban (shared across client domains; force gzip --compressed). Prefer the LiftSystem API (no limit observed).
