quad-split around the 600-records/area cap, threaded crawl, honest

- LiftSystem: probe_liftsystem_gaps.py scans never-probed client_ids
(1..3200, client name/site read from the feed) -> +15 clients (+146
listings); fix build_lift_registry.py idempotence bug (coverage sets
computed before dropping generated entries wiped sources.json to 100)
+ exclude duplicate corporate feeds (Sterling Karamar, Drewlo, Minto).
- Buildium: national discovery campaign -> +71 validated portals (+991
listings, BC/AB/SK/MB/Atlantic/ON) merged via scripts/merge_candidates.py.
- AppFolio: campaign result = no live ROC portal left (RPM Canada
decommissioned public portals) — dead ends documented in candidates file.
Site now 83 260 active published listings across 762 sources.
