transactions_700k_avec_registre_foncier.parquet — 745,119 Quebec residential-market transactions (January 2021 – July 2026) matched at the parcel level to the municipal assessment roll in force at the sale date. Same snapshot as UQO WP10; see that repository's data documentation for the full column dictionary.

Columns used by WP11: sale price/date/coordinates, and the roll's structural descriptors — floor area (role_aire_etages_m2), lot area (role_superficie_terrain_m2), year built (role_annee_construction), units (role_nb_logements), storeys (role_nb_etages), physical link (role_lien_physique), use code (role_cubf), municipality (role_code_mun).

The file is not redistributed with the repository (transaction microdata; 100 MB). Place it in this directory before running the pipeline.
