Cross-sectional snapshot extracted on 2026-07-03 (no time dimension). Common fields: source, url, listingId,
price, address{…}, property{…}, features[], description, images[]. Realtor adds rooms[] (room dimensions)
but no coordinates; DuProprio adds coordinates{lat,lon} and captioned images. Unique key: uid = source:listingId.
Houses (single-family + townhouse) with a valid price: 19,123 listings used in the paper.
Not committed (size and crawler terms). Re-run the two Apify actors or request the snapshot from the author.
