This is indicated by the increasing number of shopping centers and the development of tourism and educational activities. Sleman Regency is a business center in DIY Province because it has the largest number of shopping centers in DIY Province compared to other districts. This study aims to determine whether the house adjacent to Sleman City Hall, the largest shopping center in Sleman Regency, has a higher selling price. While similar studies use primary data collected in the field through questionnaires, this study contributes to the property economics literature by utilizing secondary data from the OLX dataset to estimate the selling price of the house. A total of 229 data obtained through the OLX website related to selling prices, proximity to Sleman City Hall, and property characteristics were processed using multiple regression analysis with the ordinary least squares (OLS) technique. The finding of this study is that the distance from Sleman City Hall has a negative and significant effect on the selling price of the house. Another finding from this study is that the building area and land area have a positive and significant effect on the selling price of the house. On the other hand, the distance to the asphalt road has nothing to do with the selling price of the house.789===== PAGE 1 (score 4, numeric-paren 0, table-words 0, var-words 4) =====1011Ekuilibrium: Jurnal Ilmiah Bidang Ilmu Ekonomi Vol. 18, No. 2 (2023): September, pp. 149-155 12 13Economic Faculty, Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo 14 149 15p-ISSN 1858-165X / e-ISSN 2528-7672 16 17http://journal.umpo.ac.id/index.php/ekuilibrium 18The Influence of Sleman City Hall on 19Housing Price: A Case Study using 20OLX data 21Muhammad Naurul Munaa,1, Romi Bhakti Hartartob,2, Ibnu Hajarc,3* 22a,b Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Brawijaya Street, Kasihan, Bantul 55183, Indonesia 23c Universitas Gadjah Mada, Bulaksumur, Yogyakarta 55281, Indonesia 241 m.naurul.fe18@mail.umy.ac.id; 2 romi.hartarto@umy.ac.id; 3 ibnuhajar@mail.ugm.ac.id* 25* corresponding author 26ARTICLE INFO 27ABSTRACT 28Article history 29Received 21/1/2023 30Revised 31/7/2023 31Accepted 8/8/2023 32The Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) is one of the provinces in 33Indonesia with rapid development.
