Question. For each of 5 references in a draft manuscript, verify against the provided arXiv extract: (i) title matches (minor typographic differences allowed), (ii) year equals first-submission year or year of the reproduced version (from the "Bibliographic record" line), (iii) every element of "cited_for" (magnitudes, SEs/CIs, timing, population, design) is stated in or follows arithmetically from the extract. Estimand. Set of unverifiable references (fail >=1 check) + per-reference record {title_matches, year_matches, finding_supported, locator, note}; n_verified. Assumptions. Extracts are faithful; only extracts admissible (no memory/external DBs). Author formatting is not grounds for flagging. Outputs. out/results.json keys: reference_checks, unverifiable_references, n_verified, task_id="F4-conf-04", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues, n_input_rows (wc -l for text, top-level items for JSON), n_analysed, random_seed=null. out/report.md (Question; Data and exclusions; Method; Results; Uncertainty; Limitations and open issues), out/analysis.py (prints relied-upon header lines and cells), out/claims.json.
