• 2026-10-30 P1: audited data; README discrepancy on 1992-01 values noted; exclusion ledger written by analysis.py.
• 2026-10-30 P2: baselines naive & expanding mean computed in analysis.py (same 60 origins, same error metrics).
• 2026-10-30 P3: ridge implemented exactly per spec (expanding standardisation, λ=50, no seed needed). Added DM tests (HLN) as uncertainty measure.
