• 2026-10-30 P1: audited data; found assembled-file errors (old vintage in overlap, missing 2016-07, one-month shift) and 2025-10 gap in source. Decision: build series from vintage files only.
• 2026-10-30 P2/P3: analysis.py written; baseline = 2001–2013 mean (task-named key). Feasibility "partial" (1 window month missing g).
• 2026-10-30 P4: clean rerun identical; consistency checks pass. Gate run.
