• 2026-10-30 P1: audit done. Assembled file found to contain errors (2014-01..2016-06 from old vintage; 2016-07 dropped and all later new-vintage values shifted one month forward; spurious 2026-10 row). Decision: do not use assembled file for computation; read it only for audit. New vintage 2025-10 empty -> g(2025-10) missing, not imputed.
• 2026-10-30 P2: baseline (2001-2013 mean) computed = 2.3612%.
• 2026-10-30 P3: analysis.py written; feasibility set to "partial" because g(2025-10) is not computable.
• 2026-10-30 P4: reproducibility verified; CSV precision mismatch fixed (results unchanged).
• 2026-10-30 P5: report, claims written; all phases passed.
