• 2026-10-30 P1: audit done. Assembled file has errors (overlap uses old vintage; 2016-07 dropped and later values shifted one month; spurious 2026-10 row). Decision: compute only from the two vintage files; assembled file read for audit only. 2025-10 missing in 2026 vintage -> g_2025-10 missing, not imputed.
• 2026-10-30 Incident: state files were mistakenly first written to data/out/ (shell cwd error); moved to ./out/. Input CSV hashes re-verified unchanged.
