The baseline also includes CHE (83.605 in 2022), which pushes the baseline up and partly offsets that gap. The direction of the claim is right, but the wording is incomplete.",9 "suggested_fix": "Say that the baseline adds BGD, ETH, IND and NGA (which lower it) and CHE (which raises it)."10 },11 {12 "id": "R2",13 "severity": "minor",14 "location": "out/analysis.py (canonical name map)",15 "issue": "The canonical name 'Turkiye' is hardcoded for TUR. I also checked the raw CSV independently. It has 439 rows and 20 iso3 codes. TUR appears 46 times under two names, and the 23 duplicate pairs have identical values. BGD, ETH, IND and NGA each have only 12 years (2011-2022). CHE has one empty cell (2007). There are no non-numeric values, no whitespace or case problems in the codes, and no years outside 2000-2022. This gives 15 balanced countries and 345 rows, and the exclusion ledger chains correctly (439→439→416→368→345). The baseline counts each of the 20 countries once. The code does no imputation and reads only the allowed input. Claims match the results, uncertainty is handled appropriately for an exact descriptive quantity, and the limitations are stated honestly. Only minor wording issues remain."27}28
