• 2026-10-30 P1: audited data; found TUR duplication, 4 countries 2011+ only, CHE 2007 blank. Decision: dedupe TUR (identical values), exclude incomplete countries, no imputation.
• 2026-10-30 Incident: analysis.py first written into data/out/ due to wrong cwd; moved to out/, stray dir removed, data hashes verified unchanged.
• 2026-10-30 P2/P3: baseline (mean_2022_all_available) and balanced means computed in analysis.py.
• 2026-10-30 P4: reproducibility & consistency checks passed; running gate.
