Question. Re-express five printed treatment-effect estimates (from four arXiv extracts) on a stated target definition, using only quantities printed in the cited extract and an explicit transformation; declare an item non-harmonisable (value null) when the target needs a quantity not printed, naming that quantity.
Estimands. Harmonised point estimates E1–E5 (no uncertainty propagation):
- E1: log-point ATT -> relative % change, 100(exp(b)-1). Meaningful under the paper's log-outcome DiD.
- E2: pp effect -> relative % of control mean, 100·Δ/p (p = printed control mean as the counterfactual level).
- E3: elasticity -> % employment change for the observed MW increase, 100·η·g (g printed in same table). Linear (first-order) approximation.
- E4: log-point ATT -> absolute change in rate per 100,000 per year; requires a counterfactual/baseline level of the fatal rate.
- E5: LPM coefficient (0-1 scale) -> percentage points, ×100 (exact rescaling).
Outputs. out/results.json keys: harmonised{E1..E5:{value,unit,transformation,harmonisable,missing_quantity,locator}}, n_harmonised, n_not_harmonisable, task_id="F4-conf-03", feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues[{issue,handling}], n_input_rows{file: lines/items}, n_analysed, random_seed=null. Also out/report.md (6 sections), out/analysis.py (prints source lines used), out/claims.json, state files, exclusions.csv.
Information rules. Extracts only; no memory of papers; printed numbers used verbatim; conventions given in TASK.md.
Invalidity / impossibility. Using a non-printed quantity (e.g. a remembered baseline rate) would invalidate. An item is impossible only if a required quantity is not printed; task remains "complete" if each item has a value or a justified impossibility statement.
