Question. From the provided text of StatCan The Daily "Labour Force Survey, September 2026" only: (a) extract the national SA unemployment rate (%) and monthly SA employment change (persons) for Sept 2026, as printed, each with a ## section locator; (b) judge the assertion "core-aged women's UR rose 0.3 pp to 5.3%, and core-aged men's UR also rose, by 0.2 pp, to 5.8%" as supported / not_supported / not_assessable. Estimands. Printed values (no recomputation); sign from wording ("declined by 68,000" -> -68000). Verdict requires every element stated; any contradicted element -> not_supported; quantity absent -> not_assessable. Meaningful assuming the extract faithfully reproduces the release (SHA verified against README). Outputs. out/results.json (task_id, unemployment_rate_sep2026, employment_change_sep2026_persons, locators{2}, assertion_verdict, assertion_locator, assertion_reason, feasibility, feasibility_reason, data_issues, n_input_rows, n_analysed, random_seed=null); out/report.md (Question; Data and exclusions; Method; Results; Uncertainty; Limitations and open issues); out/analysis.py; out/claims.json; plus protocol files under out/state and out/exclusions.csv. Information rules. Extract is the only admissible evidence; no memory of LFS values. Locators name the ## heading. Invalidity. Figures absent or internally contradictory in the extract; SHA mismatch; use of outside knowledge.
