wb_indicators.csv — iso3 (str), name (str), year (int, 2015–2023, 261 entities × 9 years), gdp_pc_ppp (float, PPP const. 2021 intl $, range 992–139,541, 164 missing, none ≤ 0), life_expectancy (float, years, range 18.8–86.4, 0 missing). No duplicate (iso3, year). Every iso3 matched in wb_entities.csv.
wb_entities.csv — 296 entities, 79 with region Aggregates (35 of these do not appear in the indicator file), 217 countries/economies. Income levels among countries: High 86, Upper middle 59, Lower middle 47, Low 25 (no "Not classified"). 4 names have trailing whitespace (cosmetic). No duplicates, no missing.
Countries/economies with both indicators, by year: 199 each year 2015–2022, 197 in 2023 → analysis year 2023 (≥150 rule). In 2023, 20 of 217 countries lack GDPpc (none lack LE): ASM, CHI, CUB, ERI, GIB, GUM, IMN, LIE, MAF, MCO, MNP, NCL, PRK, PYF, SSD, SYR, VEN, VGB, VIR, YEM.
Anomalies: large LE swings outside the analysis year — CAF (18.8 in 2022, 31.5 in 2019, then 57.4 in 2023), SSD (35→52 in 2017–18), PSE (76.7 in 2022 → 65.2 in 2023). Only PSE 2023 enters the estimate; kept as published, influence assessed with leave-one-out.
Information-availability: no input violates the rules; aggregates are present in the indicator file and are removed by the region rule. Only the listed files are used.
