All files are real data for the FRED/ALFRED series A191RL1Q225SBEA — Real Gross Domestic Product, United States, percent change from preceding period, seasonally adjusted annual rate, quarterly (source: U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, NIPA Table 1.1.1). Quarters are dated by their first day (YYYY-MM-01). License: FRED/ALFRED terms of use (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/legal/); BEA data are public domain.
vintages/ — the series as it existed on each origin date (ALFRED)
Retrieved 2026-10-30 between 03:24:52Z and 03:25:10Z from https://alfred.stlouisfed.org/graph/alfredgraph.csv?id=A191RL1Q225SBEA&vintage_date=<date>, saved exactly as served (header observation_date,A191RL1Q225SBEA_<yyyymmdd>). Each file contains every quarter that had been published as of that date, with the values as published at that date (advance/second/third estimates and annual/comprehensive revisions as of then).

Note: vintage dates are month-ends chosen just after the BEA advance estimate of the preceding quarter. The advance estimate of 2025Q3 was delayed by the October–November 2025 federal shutdown (it was not available on 2025-10-31), so the eighth origin is 2025-12-31 instead of 2025-10-31.

Vintage caveat
vintages/*.csv are genuine real-time datasets (ALFRED); current_vintage.csv is not — it contains revisions that were unknown at the origins. Historical real-time validity can only be claimed for computations that use, at each origin, the vintage file dated at that origin.
