UQO Working Paper No. 3 — Hedonic housing price models for the US: parametric, quantile, and machine-learning approaches.

TeX 77.8% Python 22.1%

Final QA pass: verify flagged magnitudes, fix clipped tables, refresh README

- Verified Black (1999) headline against QJE abstract: corrected 2% to
  2.5% per 5% test-score increase; verified Campbell et al. (2011) 27%
  foreclosure discount (text unchanged).
- Fixed two pre-existing table-clipping defects: Table 5 (OLS results)
split across two pages via ContinuedFloat; appendix landscape table
compacted. Build now has 0 overfull vboxes; no values changed.
- README badges updated (60 pages, 69 verified references, v1.1).

127 2. **Campbell, Giglio & Pathak (2011) magnitude** — discussion states a “roughly
