The Excel dashboard built on the standard template (KPI_Summary, Monthly, Regions, Products). Keep the summary sheet21 formula-driven from the detail sheets so that Étienne can audit it, and add the usual monthly chart (2024 vs 2025).222. A short written commentary (Word) that I can paste into the board deck: headline KPIs, what happened month by month23 versus 2024, the regional picture, the product mix, and a data-quality section. Last year Finance found problems in the24 ERP extract after the pack had gone out, so this time I want every clean-up you had to do listed with counts, plus a25 methodology paragraph. Please quote the headline figures in full dollars so they match the workbook.263.
