• Sample project: /tmp/sample-paper (fresh git repo, paper/main.tex + sections/intro.tex + references.bib; a deliberately flawed 3-section manuscript: unknown citation key berger1995, unqualified causal sentence, table without notes).
• Command: cd /tmp/sample-paper && claude -p "/jof-audit /tmp/sample-paper" --output-format text (Claude Code 2.1.317, user-scope command installed by jof250 install-claude-code --scope user).
• Observed: the assistant ran …/.venv/bin/jof250 audit --paper /tmp/sample-paper --output /tmp/jof-audit.md, read the report and returned a severity-ordered summary with patch proposals (bib entry for the missing key flagged CONFIRM, rewording of the causal sentence, table caption + notes with explicit placeholders for the SE and clustering) — no file in the sample project was modified. Report copied to separate_project_jof_audit_report.md.
