realtor_mls_unique.duckdb (747 MB) — de-duplicated snapshot of Canadian MLS "for-sale" listings (172,019 rows, table listings, 81 columns). This file is the untouched original input; nothing in the pipeline modifies it.

Every downstream artifact (the estimation sample, all figures, all tables) is derived from this file by scripts/01_build_sample.py onward.
