Acceptance of terms</h2>10 <p>By accessing or using the Acme Cloud services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.</p>11 <h2>2. Accounts</h2>12 <p>You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.</p>13 <h2>3. Fees and payment</h2>14 <p>Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.</p>15 <h2>4. Termination</h2>16 <p>Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice.</p>17 <h2>7.
